Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
